We want you to love what you buy from us! If you want extra pics, measurements, or have any questions, just give us a shout by email or phone, we’ve got you.
But hey, sometimes things just don’t work out. We try to be flexible with returns, but our policy depends on what you’re buying. Here’s the lowdown!
IN STORE RETURNS
We offer exchange or store credit on full-priced clothing and shoes purchased in-store. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
All sales are final on sale merchandise, swimwear, socks, tights, underwear, bodysuits, lotions, candles, jewelry, oils, skincare, sunglasses and hats may not be returned or exchanged.
All sale items, including clothing or shoes purchased on promotion or with a discount code are final sale.
Please note: We do not offer price adjustments at this time.
Refunds are not offered for in-store purchases.
ONLINE ORDERS - In-Store Pick-Up
If you'd like to place an online order for in-store pickup, simply select the “Pick Up” option at checkout to waive the shipping fee. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready. Pickup is available during regular business hours.
Please note: Orders picked up in-store follow our in-store return policy, which means store credit or exchange only within 14 days—no refunds.
ONLINE ORDERS - SHIPPED
We are happy to return, exchange or give store credit, on any full price items within 10 days of receiving your online order. The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged packing. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached. If returning footwear, the original box and contents must be included. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that don’t fulfill these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For online orders, you have 10 days from when you received the item to when we get it back in our hands to receive a full refund. After the 10 days is complete, we are unable to accept a return or process your purchase for an exchange.

Due to customs and shipping costs, all international orders are final sale.
Once the return is approved you'll receive a shipping label from us.

All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of your return package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.
