Shipping policy

CANADIAN SHIPPING

SIISTA offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $150. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Packages are mailed out via Canada Post expedited shipping service with tracking provided.

We DO NOT take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. We will do are best to help locate any lost packages but the risk is that of the shipper not SIISTA. 

Customers are also responsible for fees associated with orders delivered to a wrong address so please be mindful when entering delivery addresses and information. If you believe you may have entered the wrong address or shipping information, please contact us immediately at info@siista.com so we can resolve the issue before shipment

US SHIPPING

SIISTA offers free US shipping on all orders over $200 CAD. 

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with duties, taxes or customs where applicable. Any returns will also be the responsibility of the purchaser including duties, taxes. These are non-refundable. 

Delivery times are only estimates. Delays often occur if the package is crossing a border, or delivery falls during a holiday. We do not assume any responsibility for delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International purchases outside of the US & Canada will have a flat rate of $45.00 added to their invoice.

All international purchases are shipped via Canada Post. Canada Post will pass the package on to your National Post in whichever country you are ordering from. Please be aware there may be processing fees, duties or taxes charged by your government which are the purchasers responsibility. 

All items ship from our store in Vancouver BC, Canada. Purchases are shipped within 48 hours of placing an order. If purchased on a weekend the order will go out on the following Monday. 

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
